Inside 30 days you forfeit the deposit and balance in full is due 14 days prior to check in.

Cooey’s Cottage is a cozy three-bedroom, 2-bath house with one King-size bed and two Queen-size beds, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and living room, and a screened-in porch.
Cooey’s Cottage is located across the street from Fiddler’s Restaurant and Resort.
All weekly stays come with a boat slip.
Cypress Cottage

Come enjoy this 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage located in the heart of the best fishing town on the Gulf Coast! This home features a large kitchen, huge porches, and plenty of room for your entire crew. The large yard is ideal for boat and trailer parking! Make sure you bring your golf cart too!

With four bedrooms, 3 pull out beds, and 3 bathrooms, sleeping a total of 13 people, this home is perfect for your family vacation. Included in the house is a living room, family room, gamer room, pool table, full diningroom and kitchen, and even a swimming pool.
