Check in time is at 3:00 PM. You can check in by phone call or visit the Fiddler’s Restaurant lobby. Check out is by 11:00 am. There is a $25 late check out fee. We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 72 hours of your check-in, we will retain 50% of your total stay cost. Pets are allowed in with an additional charge, per pet ($60.00).

Cooey’s Cottage is a cozy three-bedroom house with one King-size bed and two Queen-size beds, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and living room, and a screened-in porch.
