Welcome to Fiddler’s!

Thank you all so much for the warm welcome.  Its a crazy thing when you and your wife look at each other and say sure… let’s buy a hotel, restaurant, event center and a CHAPEL. 

We love Steinhatchee and our fishing shack in Keaton Beach and knew this was the place we wanted to be, but never imagined that we would have the opportunity so early.  We were planning on moving here in a few years, but when Jim and Joyce decided to sell Fiddler’s Restaurant and Resort, we jumped at the chance.

Sunny and I looked at each other and said… yep… we have to do this. There’s so much history… such a legacy! As we all know now our timing was not so good, but with the help of Chef Donovan, Megan & Chris, Brittney & Shan, Sister Micheal, our family, neighbors and friends we leaned in and decided to remodel the restaurant and as my oldest brother used to say “Suck it up and Drive On!”.

Now we are off and running and excited for this new chapter in our lives and in our girls lives living the “Hatch Life”.  See you fireside soon and to fulfill our Fiddler’s promise… “Good Times, Great Food and Awesome Music.”
